Our product line

Cleaning and disinfecting agents for the food industry –
Hygiene solutions for dairy plants and production facilities

We develop and manufacture high-performance cleaning and disinfecting agents for the food industry, with a particular focus on dairies and milk processing facilities.
Our products are specifically designed to reliably clean production systems (e.g., RO, UF, NF, MF), tanks, and piping systems; to ensure compliance with hygiene standards; and to support efficient cleaning processes.

From alkaline and acidic cleaners to specialized enzymatic products and disinfectant solutions for CIP systems, we offer a comprehensive product range for modern hygiene concepts.
Drawing on our many years of experience and close collaboration with our customers, we develop solutions that are optimally tailored to the respective production processes.

Our goal:

To support companies in the food industry in designing their cleaning and disinfection processes to be safe, cost-effective, and sustainable.

Our main products

Alkaline Cleaners

Alkaline cleaners are primarily used in the food industry to remove organic contaminants. These include, in particular, fat, protein, and carbohydrate residues that accumulate on surfaces and in equipment during food processing.

These residues can build up in tanks, pipes, and processing equipment and, if not properly cleaned, can compromise process safety and product quality. In addition, organic deposits provide an ideal breeding ground for microbial growth and the formation of biofilms.

Alkaline cleaning agents work by specifically breaking down and removing organic compounds. Fats are saponified, and protein structures are denatured, thereby converting them into soluble components that can then be removed from the system.

The alkaline cleaners we manufacture are specifically tailored to the requirements of dairies and food processing facilities. They enable efficient cleaning while ensuring high material compatibility and support stable and reproducible cleaning processes.
When combined with acid cleaning phases, they deliver thorough and hygienically safe cleaning results.

Acidic Cleaners

Acidic cleaners are specifically used in the food industry to remove mineral deposits that form in equipment and piping systems during production. These include, in particular, limescale, milk scale, and other inorganic residues resulting from thermal processes, water hardness, and product components.

These deposits tend to accumulate on heat-exposed surfaces such as heat exchangers, tanks, and piping. If not removed regularly, they can impair heat transfer, reduce flow, and thus negatively impact the efficiency of the entire production facility. At the same time, they increase the risk of microbial adhesion, as biofilms can form more easily on rough or coated surfaces.

Acidic cleaning agents work through chemical reactions that dissolve mineral deposits and convert them into a water-soluble form. This allows deposits to be effectively removed from the system and restores the original operating conditions.

The acidic cleaners we manufacture are specifically tailored to the needs of dairies and food processing facilities. They enable reliable descaling while ensuring high material compatibility and support stable, hygienically safe, and cost-effective production methods.

By carefully adjusting cleaning parameters such as concentration, temperature, and contact time, we help our customers optimally manage and sustainably improve their cleaning processes.

Enzymatic Cleaners

Enzymatic cleaners are used in the food industry to remove specific organic contaminants in a targeted and efficient manner. They contain enzymes that selectively break down certain groups of substances, such as proteins, fats, or carbohydrates.

Unlike purely chemical cleaning agents, enzymatic products enable particularly gentle yet effective cleaning. The enzymes catalyze the breakdown of complex molecular structures into smaller, water-soluble components that can then be easily rinsed away.

This cleaning method is particularly suitable for sensitive areas of equipment, hard-to-reach structures, or processes involving lower temperatures. In addition, enzymatic cleaners can play an important role in removing biofilms, as they specifically target their organic matrix.

The enzymatic cleaners we manufacture are tailored to the specific requirements of the food industry and can be flexibly integrated into existing cleaning concepts. They support efficient, material-friendly, and sustainable cleaning processes.

Our byproducts

Disinfectant

Disinfection is a key step in hygienic process chains in the food industry. It is typically performed after cleaning and serves to specifically reduce microorganisms to a hygienically safe level.

Even after thorough cleaning, microorganisms may remain on surfaces or within equipment structures. Without effective disinfection, there is a risk of contamination that can compromise both product safety and shelf life.

Disinfectants work through various mechanisms, such as the destruction of cell membranes, the denaturation of proteins, or the inactivation of enzyme systems. This reliably reduces bacteria, yeasts, and other microorganisms.

The disinfectant solutions we manufacture are specifically designed for use in the food industry and can be optimally integrated into existing cleaning and CIP processes. They support safe compliance with legal hygiene requirements and contribute to stable production conditions.

By carefully balancing concentration, contact time, and application, we ensure effective and cost-efficient disinfection.

Specialty products for CIP systems

CIP (Cleaning in Place) processes enable the automated cleaning of production equipment without disassembly and are an essential component of modern hygiene concepts in the food industry.

For effective CIP cleaning, the precise coordination of cleaning chemicals, temperature, flow rate, and contact time is crucial. Only through the interaction of these parameters can contaminants be reliably removed and reproducible cleaning results achieved.

The specialty products we manufacture for CIP applications are specifically designed to meet these requirements. They ensure the effective removal of both organic and inorganic residues and support stable and validated cleaning processes.

Thanks to their optimized formulation, our products deliver high cleaning performance while remaining cost-effective to use. They help increase equipment availability, reduce downtime, and sustainably improve process reliability.

Additives &
Processing Aids

Additives and processing aids play an important role in fine-tuning and optimizing cleaning processes in the food industry. They are used in conjunction with cleaning and disinfecting agents to specifically meet certain requirements.

These include, among other things, defoamers to control foam formation, additives to improve wetting or stabilize cleaning processes, and special aids to support complex plant structures.

The targeted use of these products can significantly increase the efficiency of cleaning processes, reduce chemical consumption, and enhance process stability. At the same time, they help ensure that individual operational requirements are optimally met.

The process aids we use are selected and integrated in close coordination with the respective applications. This results in customized solutions that support cost-effective and sustainable plant cleaning.
